FEES AND POLICIES 

Our fees are based on the complexity of the project.  Typically, during our initial field consultation we can provide a cost estimate and time frame required to design and build your project.

For most projects, our price includes the following:
• Structural design and drafting
• Three sets of full size (22” x 34”) drawings
• Response to any drawings or design comments by the City/Township during the design phase
• Response to any questions about our plans during construction (by phone or in the office)

Our price does not include the following:
• Fees (zoning, permit , etc.) required by the City or Township
• Site visits and inspections required during construction or after getting the permit
• Letters required by the City or the inspector during construction
• Changes to original plans during construction

We do not provide surveying, mechanical or electrical engineering services.

Cancellation Policy:                                                                                                                         Cancellation late fee will be applied to missed, canceled or changed appointments with less then 24 hours notice. Charged amount will be equal to the site visit fee. All cancellations are accepted via phone only.
